Frame House group SIA is a Latvian company engaged in the production of prefabricated wooden frame houses since 2003.
We have been on the EU market for 19 years, during this time we have sold more than 2,000 houses, we have our own factory with a capacity of 5,000 m2, 12 export managers and 12 technicians, our houses are 40% energy efficient, and we also provide logistics services to 28 EU countries.
We would like to inform you that our company is one of the leaders in Europe in the production of prefabricated wooden frame house constructions for individual projects of any complexity. All our structures can be upgraded to high-quality low-energy Passive House Standard. The options for the interior and exterior design of our constructions are endless. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Our goal is to provide our services to the client and implement his project in the shortest possible time, with the best quality, at the best price, so that in the end the client gets a dream house.
The client can contact us with his ready-made project. For clients who do not have their own project, we offer a wide selection of our own projects. We also have a lot of privileges. After paying only 300 euros of a refundable deposit, the client will be provided with: a personal manager who will be in touch with the client at any time, access to our databases, access to our partners chain, a detailed description of all presets, detailed drawings, visual 3D models of houses, all price calculations.
