Mai 1-59 is a modular house built by Akso-Haus, a prefab manufacturer based in Estonia. This modular house provides 47.2 m² of living space with one bedroom and one bathroom.
The house will be delivered to the plot on a concrete foundation that is equipped with utility connection points. There is no need to build a foundation on the plot. All utility connections (electricity; water/sewerage; ventilation, water floor heating) are installed by professionals. There are various interior and exterior finishing options to choose from.
