The Dice House features three rooms on the upper floor as well as a bathroom with a view to the local mountain directly from the bathtub. The master bedroom on the upper floor is entered through the dressing room and thus has a protected, cosy sleeping area with a peaceful view.
The ground floor captivates with its bright and openly designed white glazed exposed beam ceiling, which gives the living and dining area additional room height. A practical utility room is docked to one side of the entrance area, while a built-in shoe cabinet and a walk-in wardrobe under the stairs provide generous storage space on the other side.
The façade emphasises the cubically designed exterior by accentuating the window squares with grey glazed spruce wood elements. The matching sun shading with anthracite-coloured Venetian blinds protects against prying eyes and cools on hot sunny days.
