MAGIC HOUSE consists of 2 modules and stretches itself in a L-shaped structure. The magic of the house consists in the harmony with nature in which it is located. With its loosened-up facade, it blends in with the surrounding leafy forest. The terrace area is part of the living space and flows into the open floor plan.
Entering the house, on the right-hand side, the house stretches out to the sleeping and resting area hidden behind a sliding door. Straight ahead, one reaches the living and cooking area, the heart of the house. The kitchen is in an industrial chic style in rustic oak and with cast-iron fittings: giving the room a homely and busy character at the same time. Multifunctional drawers, compartments, sliding elements and revolving doors offer generous storage space.
The room receives an additional dynamic by the trapezoidal cat window, the so-called “Catwalk”. Here, one and one’s friends and furry co-residents can spend relaxed afternoons at the inviting dining table positioned underneath.
The magic house lets inside and outside space merge harmoniously into one another, constantly creating new spatial experience.
