Sokoladine Riese is a log house that features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, over 133 m2.
For our houses, we use only mountain spruce wood, which is cut down only in winter. Therefore, there are no pests in the tree. Such houses are very ecological and absolutely natural, warm in winter and cool in summer.

To build a house, you need a concrete foundation.
