WeModular is an European construction company specialising in providing volumetric modular construction for international markets, including the UK, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Our proprietary High-Performance Modular System allows for the construction of residential and non-residential buildings up to 15 floors even in areas with high seismicity. The final product meets the highest requirements in the field of construction, and the construction process is up to 2x shorter and with up to 30% reduction in carbon emissions.

In 2024, WeModular opened Bulgaria’s the first of its kind modular construction plant – a facility with an annual capacity of 1080 homes. The investment underlines our commitment to independent and large-scale production, positioning us as a pioneer in the European sustainable construction revolution.
