We combine over 15 years of building experience with modern technology.
SCANDI has been active in the construction sector since 2009, and the SCANDI brand was officially established in 2017.
To date, more than 1,300 SCANDI modular houses have been produced.

Technical Development Center in Germany

In Germany, we operate our own development and engineering department, focused on:

• Planning and technical adaptation of our modular houses to meet EU standards
• Preparing documentation for certification procedures according to European norms
• Continuous improvement of architectural and structural solutions

All SCANDI houses, including those manufactured in Ukraine, are produced in compliance with the same standards as in Germany or the Netherlands.

We also provide a fully digital experience through our in-house platform, which includes:
