Small big house

The Aspen project is an interpretation of the modern barn style, developed by our in-house design studio. Its characteristic feature is a large covered terrace, which sets it apart from similar designs and allows you to spend time outdoors even on rainy days. The two-story living room creates an impressive space, and the main panoramic window provides beautiful views of the surrounding nature, blending harmoniously with the landscape.

Compact and spacious

On the ground floor there is a living room combined with a dining area and kitchenette, as well as a bathroom and a bedroom, making the house functional and comfortable. Despite its small floor area, it offers a sense of openness and connection with nature. The additional space on the mezzanine can serve as an extra bedroom or even two small bedrooms.

The house was designed as a year-round recreational cottage, but its thoughtful layout also makes it a comfortable home for a small family.
