Our pavilions are highly customisable. stefan schöning’s innovative modular, steel structure leaves room for multiple layouts. While the roof and flooring volumes are set, everything from the actual function of the space down to the walls, windows and finishes is up for tailoring within the selected colour palette. A clever design that allows for a swift production and an easy implementation.

Our pavilions were designed with the utmost comfort in mind. Both qualitatively and aesthetically. They’re equipped with a smart home system and climatisation, although you probably won’t even notice them. They’re cleverly hidden from plain sight. Every feature, appliance or material is provided by one of our premium partners we selected on a highest-quality-only basis. However, one of the smartest features of the design is its size. In many cases, our pavilions can be planted alongside an existing home without a building permit. Provided that local building regulations allow it.
