Description from the manufacturer
Scandinavian design has become a well-known brand around the world. While designing this project we became inspired by the functionality and rationality of Scandinavian design. The project’s planning comes from the folk architecture of Scandinavian countries and reflects certain modern tendencies in country house construction. Lack of sunlight and shady winter climate of Northern countries require a lot of natural light. The living room has natural light on two storeys and dining room offers panoramic view outside. These are just several reasons why Scandinavia with its variants is one of our most popular projects to date!
If this wooden house could be summarised in one word, it would be “space”. The layout of the house is both compact and spacious at the same time. There are no wasted or badly-used areas or parts of this house. The size of the living room is 36.4 m² and the kitchen-dining room is 25.3 m². On the first floor there is a guest room and also a sauna, shower and toilet block. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and a light-filled toilet. Two of the bedrooms have balconies. This Scandinavian style wooden house, produced in Finland by Aito Log Houses, also features two terraces, one for entrance and one for backyard where the family will be glad to spend the long summer nights!
