Mediteraneo

Mediteraneo is a house inspired by the timeless charm of the sunny, leisurely
landscapes of the Mediterranean coast. It preserves the distinctive features of classic
Mediterranean architecture, while reinterpreting them with a modern and elegant touch
to meet the expectations of contemporary living.

The living area includes a spacious 36.30 sq.m. open-plan living room
with a sitting and kitchen area, a 16 sq.m. master bedroom with its own bathroom
and walk-in closet (7.70 sq.m.), a second bathroom with toilet serving
two additional bedrooms of 12.25 sq.m. each, and a dedicated
8.22 sq.m. office (or study) that can easily be converted into a fourth bedroom.

Large French windows in the living room and bedrooms flood the interior with natural light
and create a sense of space and openness, even during the colder months.
