ÖÖD is a small house solution that has been designed and developed for hosting purposes while being praised as a tiny house for living. Designed to be used year-round in cold as well as hot climates, the 18m2 steel structure withstands the test of time. The use of premium materials assures quality of use inside and out.

ÖÖD features Nordic minimalism at its purest form, accommodating a kitchenette, a toilet and a bathroom, a living space and sleeping quarters, while still managing to seem airy and spacious. It is easily movable and relocatable. As it can be shipped turnkey as well as flat-packed, it could be popped up anywhere.

Exterior design

ÖÖD is designed to be suitable for both urban and rural area. The size of ÖÖD – 6mx3m – makes it a perfect additional space in your backyard. It could also be accommodating in and hospitality complex,  where the units would be utilized for various purposes. Floor to ceiling glass-walls are framed by the steel structure, covering the house on three sides, thus making it blend seamlessly into surrounding environment. To add just enough of warmth to the modern reflecting design, we made the back wall of ÖÖD entirely out of wood construction, covered with heat-treated wood.

  • Natural ash wood is used in the interior;
  • 10mm partitions panels between bathroom and living room;
  • ÖÖD kitchen furniture is crafted by custom order from natural wood, high-pressure laminated and (clinker clay / full body tile) counter tops.
