Summary

A tiny house on its own road-ready trailer, built for holiday rental, glamping and hospitality businesses. Classed as moveable rather than a building, so it needs no building permit and can be placed wherever it can be reached.

A single open living and sleeping space with a full bathroom. Usable area 10.67 m².

Built start to finish in our factory: KVH C24-certified timber structure, 15 cm mineral wool in walls, roof and floor, thermally treated timber cladding, triple-glazed PVC windows and a flat roof with EPDM membrane, on a certified EU-made trailer. Low maintenance by design.

About 60 days from order to a finished unit on site. We have already delivered one to a client in Switzerland.

The price shown is for the base version, including 19% German VAT; options and delivery are priced separately. Configure it and estimate rental income at wedomodular.com.
