It comes in different colors, both exterior and interior. It has 15 cm rock wool insulation, anti-condensation foil, two rows of OSB board, inside and outside and two rows of treated wood paneling, inside and outside. The dimensions are 2.55 m wide by 6 meters long, very compact, but surprisingly spacious.
Super bright and cheerful.

It comes fully furnished and equipped turn key, boiler of at least 25 liters, memory foam mattress, with ample storage space under the bed, kitchenette and underfloor heating with thermostat and WIFI control.
In addition to the insulation mentioned above, the floor and ceiling have extra Isolair insulation and we guarantee that it will be very easy to heat / cool and with absolutely minimal costs.
