The Mini Kota 41 m² is the compact version of the famous 61 m² Kota chalet.

Cladding: Thermo-treated ash, rot-proof and durable
Insulation: Wood wool, with rain and vapor barriers in floor, walls, and roof

The central living area, bathed in natural light, opens onto a functional, fully equipped kitchen: sink, 2-burner induction hob, refrigerator.

The ground-floor bedroom and mezzanine provide comfortable sleeping spaces.

All spaces are designed to maximize storage.
