This is a design characterized by a proportionally divided massing and elegant architecture. Its recognizable
elements are the thoughtful arcades and canopies that subtly surround the building, giving it a unique look.
Thanks to this, the body of the house appears even larger than it is in reality, and an additional covered terrace
adds functionality and provides a place to relax outdoors.

The two-story structure, with a clear division between the sleeping and living areas, emphasizes its modern and
family-friendly character.
