River is a modern, mobile home with a usable floor area of approximately 33 m², designed for year-round, comfortable living for 4 to 6 people. Its signature feature is two sleeping lofts connected by an impressive glassed bridge, which not only increases the usable space but also creates a unique atmosphere—like walking over a river on a footbridge. The structure is based on a solid steel frame and built using timber-frame technology. Thanks to its compact dimensions—8.5 m in length, 2.95 m in width and 4 m in height—the home can be transported on a low-bed trailer.
The interior of River has been designed to make the most of the available space while maintaining aesthetics and functionality. At its center is a bright living room with a large, comfortable sofa bed and a coffee table, which, thanks to its direct proximity to the large glazed terrace doors, becomes an ideal place for relaxation. Next to it is a dining area with a table for four, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring ample countertop space, an oven with microwave function, a four-burner induction cooktop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a sink, an extractor hood, and numerous shelves, drawers, and cabinets for storage.
The lofts serve as two separate bedrooms. The first, with a 180×200 cm bed and closing doors, offers a comfortable space for rest and storage. The second, with a 140×200 cm bed and a larger floor area, works perfectly as a children’s room, play zone, or additional bedroom. The bridge connecting them not only facilitates movement between the spaces but also adds a striking visual element to the interior.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, illuminated mirror, and an electric water heater hidden within the cabinetry. There is also a practical utility storage space for cleaning supplies and household accessories. The interior is complemented by carefully selected details—elegant pendant lights, wall sconces, ceiling spotlights, LED lighting above the kitchen countertop, a light dimmer, pleated blinds on all windows and exterior doors, as well as blinds on the interior loft window. Attention has also been given to details such as a coat rack at the entrance, a handrail by the stairs, and exterior steps.
The home features underfloor heating in the living area and bathroom, an additional heating panel on the loft, air conditioning, and preparation for photovoltaic installation. The interior is furnished with durable, custom-made furniture with milled fronts—from the kitchen cabinetry to wardrobes, shelves, and storage stairs. The overall design maintains a warm, cozy aesthetic that harmoniously blends modernity with closeness to nature.
