COMMOD HOUSE 40 consists of a 4m x 12m module (48m² GFA) and it can be divided into a living area and two bedrooms. The optimised living space of 40m² is also perfect as a barrier-free living arrangement for one or more inhabitants. A strong relationship with the outdoor environment is achieved through the careful design of large, sliding patio doors. These open out onto a terrace that has been uniquely designed for the COMMOD HOUSE 40. A WC, Bathroom and a small corridor with access to the second bedroom consolidate the house.
