The McCube Eco A2 is designed for those who want a space-saving and economical house, without compromising on design. Suitable for single parents, couples or families, this 2 bedroom house offers everything you need for a comfortable living. The common areas add up to almost 60m2, offering loads of space for shared moments with the family.
Walls
The outer walls are made of solid spruce cross-plywood with a finished, plain wooden surface on the inside. Walls are insulated using ecological hemp fiberboards, which offer excellent insulation values. The gluing takes place thanks to eco-friendly formaldehyde-free adhesive.
Doors
The wood-aluminium exterior doors provide excellent insulation. From the inside, they look natural and cozy, while from the outside, they look modern and offer great protection. The interior partition doors are made of elegant white wood.
Windows
The wood-aluminium windows have triple insulating glazing. The edge spacers are made of Super Spacer® thus guaranteeing the best energy efficiency.
Infrared heating system
The Eco models come standard with an energy efficient infrared heating, and are equipped with a decentralised space ventilation equipped with heat recovery.
Parquet floor
The house is delivered with oak parquet flooring, and is insulated with cellulose.
Electrical installations
The electrical installations are already laid and assembled. Sockets and switches are already installed.
Sanitary equipment
The sanitary equipment includes quality toilets, washbasin, shower and tube, as well as all the connections for the bathroom and kitchen.
