A true mobile wood house of 17 m², it's mounted on a Vlemmix trailer. It features:
* a double bedroom of 5.77 m² with storage and bedside table;
* a living area of 8.43 m² with storage, a lounge space and an equipped kitchen: induction hob, resin sink and mixer tap, built‑in refrigerator;
* a bathroom of 1.93 m² with a 90×90 shower, a sink and toilets - dry or not, you decide!
Pleasant for everyday living
Its many windows and openings allow the outside environment to be invited inside. Thanks to them, there’s no need to hang pictures and frames—the view of the surrounding nature through its 8 large windows brings warmth and character to this single-level tiny house.
Another advantage: each room is easy to access since it's on the ground floor. Capucine thus appeals to parents with young children, seniors, and also tourism professionals, as an eco-responsible mobile home.
The advantages of single-level living
Capucine is suitable for individuals and professionals. It is perfectly adapted for year-round occupation, as part of a lifestyle change project consistent with strong environmental values. The very good accessibility of its rooms makes it suitable for a wide audience.
More affordable than a traditional house, but also more ecological, it’s aimed at people wishing to own a home. No need for a mortgage, which banks are reluctant to grant. Take out a simple consumer loan. Thus, the tiny house Capucine is for students, young professionals, but also self-employed and retirees.
Indeed, it's perfectly adapted for the latter who would like to enjoy a house near their children or grandchildren. It is easily installed, without a building permit, on an wooded plot or in a garden.
Capucine also appeals to sustainable tourism professionals and individuals seeking to invest in rental. It meets the expectations of clients wishing to reconnect with nature. Indeed, the tiny house Capucine is a true wood-frame house. It has very efficient insulation that offers real living comfort, summer and winter. Its mobility, durability, low energy consumption and planet-friendly composition make it a genuine ecological alternative to mobile homes.
Live with complete freedom thanks to our autonomy options!
The Tiny House Capucine is equipped with energy and water autonomy options, to gain independence. You can install it on a non-serviced plot without needing to connect to city networks.
Photovoltaic installation with solar panels and batteries, gas installation for your kitchen and water heater, and a wood or pellet stove enable energy independence.
For water, we offer a rainwater recovery system with filtration, natural treatment and storage tank. Additionally, a Biolan solution allows natural cleaning of grey water from the bathroom and kitchen. On each of our models, we offer dry toilets that significantly reduce your water consumption.
