Design
We offer comprehensive living solutions based on steel technology. Our mobile and modular houses, made from closed profiles of 100 × 60 × 5 mm and 60 × 40 × 4 mm, combine modern design with robustness and durability.

Insulation
Choosing a mobile home with PUR-foam insulation means optimal protection against heat loss and thermal comfort.
Our 12 cm solutions (8 cm open-cell foam and 4 cm closed-cell foam) provide high energy efficiency of Uw = 0.15 W/m²K and protect the interior of your home from extreme weather conditions.

Air-conditioning and heating
We supply mobile homes equipped with the proven Rotenso air-conditioning unit with outdoor heating down to −25 °C (heat pump) and modern infrared heaters.
This lets everyone enjoy pleasant coolness in summer and warmth in winter, whatever the weather.

Electrical installation
We are proud to equip our module and mobile homes with comprehensive electrical installations.
Our three-phase systems are efficient, safe and incorporate fire protection. Every appliance is on its own circuit to ensure optimal operation.
Each model is also pre-wired for photovoltaic systems that make use of solar energy.
