Our 12 cm structure (8 cm open-cell foam and 4 cm closed-cell foam) ensures a low heat transfer coefficient (Uw = 0.15 W/m²K), maintaining constant indoor temperature and reducing energy bills.

Air Conditioning and Heating
Our modular homes combine functionality with the latest technologies, including climate and heating systems by Rotenso. 3.5 kW air conditioners and infrared heaters provide optimal thermal conditions for year-round comfort.

Electrical Installation
We deliver modular and mobile homes with complete electrical systems for safety and convenience. Our three-phase systems are carefully designed with fire safety features. Each device is connected to its own circuit for reliability and stability. Every model is also ready for solar panel installation to harness solar energy.
